Naast de wereldberoemde kaas kun je genieten van kraampjes waar stroopwafels en poffertjes worden gemaakt en waar oude ambachten worden uitgeoefend. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nKaasmarkthandel\n\n\n\nDe kaashandel was een bloeiende handel: in 1937 werd er 4\,5 miljoen kilo kaas verhandeld op de Goudse kaasmarkt. Naast de wereldberoemde kaas kun je genieten van kraampjes waar stroopwafels en poffertjes worden gemaakt en waar oude ambachten worden uitgeoefend. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nKaasmarkthandel\n\n\n\nDe kaashandel was een bloeiende handel: in 1937 werd er 4\,5 miljoen kilo kaas verhandeld op de Goudse kaasmarkt. Deze kaas werd in dat jaar met 15.245 wagens aangevoerd. De echte handel vindt nu vaak elders en op andere manieren plaats.
